The Anaba Spelling Bee Competition (ASBEE) collects student registration information solely for the purpose of organising the competition at Gomoa Gyaman Senior High School.

Information we collect

Full name, student ID, class or form, house, gender, date of birth, parent or guardian name and phone number, optional student phone number and email, emergency contact and an optional passport photograph.

How we use it

To verify eligibility, prepare contestant lists, contact parents or guardians in an emergency, and print certificates. Passport photographs are stored privately and are only visible to the competition administrators.

Sharing

We do not sell or share registration data with third parties. Names of winners may be published on this website, in the Hall of Fame and on our social media channels.
